CornerstoneCapital is a leading private equity investor located in Frankfurt that has aligned its investments towards small and mid-sized companies that are looking for growth capital or planning a management buy-out. The investment team typically invests in technology-related companies in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Since its foundation in 2001, we have invested in more than fifteen companies of which more than eight have successfully been exited. We have a large network of industrial and financial relationships that not only supports us in our deal acquisitions but also benefits our portfolio companies. Currently CornerstoneCapital is managing an equity amount of more than € 100 million and new investments are done with the second fund CornerstoneCapital II AG & Co. KG.
