Since the beginning of the year, Tobias Reich has joined CornerstoneCapital as a partner. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in private equity and investment banking. Most recently, he worked as a partner in the Frankfurt office of One Equity Partner (J.P. Morgan), where he oversaw numerous transactions such as VAC or Smartrac. As a graduate industrial engineer, he was also on numerous supervisory boards (HDW, Duropack) active.

Stephan Helmstädter left the Executive Board at the end of 2015 but is expected to play an active role in the Supervisory Board of CornerstoneCapital Verwaltungs AG.
