Integrata AG

Integrata AG is a leading independent education provider in the fields of Transformation & Development, Digital Learning and Managed Training Services. With 1,400 external trainers and 1,200 seminar topics, Integrata provides further education to approx. 80,000 people at 15 locations in Germany. Customers rate Integrata trainings on average with a grade of 1.5. Today, the company is part of the Cegos Group, the European leader in education, headquartered in Paris.

Cornerstone and the management team acquired a majority stake in the listed company Integrata AG during the financial crisis in 2009, as part of a „carve-out“ by CGI Group Inc., a multinational IT service provider headquartered in Montreal, Canada. The strategic focus relied on the expansion of the Managed Training Services division as well as the company’s sales expertise. In 2017, Integrata achieved profitable sales of approx. EUR 38 million.
