Celon AG manufactures innovative, patented medical devices for minimally invasive and impedance-controlled tissue ablation applied in a wide variety of oncology and ENT therapies.

Cornerstone’s growth capital investment allowed further technical innovations and the penetration of new market segments. Celon AG was sold for a high revenue multiple to Olympus, one of the global leading manufacturer of endoscopy devices. 

The former Celon’s CTO, Dr. André Roggan, is today CEO of Olympus Surgical Technologies Europe.
