CornerstoneCapital veräußert HR-Spezialisten Infoniqa

im Juli 2018 haben wir unsere Beteiligung an der Infoniqa Gruppe (Thalheim bei Wels / Österreich) sehr erfolgreich veräußert. Wir freuen uns, dass Infoniqa mit Elvaston einen neuen Mehrheitsgesellschafter mit tiefen Marktkenntnissen gefunden hat, der gemeinsam mit der heutigen Geschäftsführung die positive Entwicklung der Infoniqa künftig begleiten und dieses attraktive und nach wie vor fragmentierte Marktsegment weiter konsolidieren wird.

2012 hat CornerstoneCapital als Mehrheitsgesellschafter zusammen mit den beiden Geschäftsführern, Siegfried Milly und Alexander Zrost, die Infoniqa Payroll Holding GmbH mit ihren Tochtergesellschaften erworben. Infoniqa ist ein Human Resources Software und Services Anbieter mit dem Fokus auf Österreich und Deutschland. Als ganzheitlicher Lösungspartner im Personalbereich vertrauen 2.800 meist mittelständische Kunden mit über 1,5 Mio. CornerstoneCapital successfully exits HR software and services specialist Infoniqa

CornerstoneCapital is pleased to announce the successful exit of our investment in Infoniqa Group (Thalheim bei Wels / Austria). In Elvaston, Infoniqa has found a new majority shareholder, who has extensive market knowledge and will accompany the company in the future and help to further consolidate this fragmented market segment.

In 2012, CornerstoneCapital as the majority shareholder and the managers Siegfried Milly and Alexander Zrost acquired Infoniqa Payroll GmbH together with its subsidiaries. Infoniqa is a leading HR software vendor and services provider in Austria and Germany. More than 2.800 customers with in excess of 1.5 million employees in Germany, Austria and Switzerland trust the Company’s expertise in payroll accounting, personnel software and time recording. Infoniqa is ranked among the top 3 players in its segment in Austria and is one of the fastest growing HR software companies in Germany.

Since the MBO in 2012, Infoniqa’s excellent management tripled revenues, profits as well as the number of employees. In addition to the strong organic growth, CornerstoneCapital supported four highly accretive add-on acquisitions which all have been significantly contributing to the positive development of Infoniqa.

Currently, CornerstoneCapital invests out of its third fund with a total equity volume of € 100 million. Mit einer neuen windowsbasierten Software zur Personalabrechnung vervollständigt unser Portfoliounternehmen Infoniqa, Spezialist für Personalsoftware, sein Komplettangebot für HR-Abteilungen. Ab sofort ist damit die HR-Suite Infoniqa ONE erhältlich. Für Personalabteilungen heißt das: Payroll-, Zeitwirtschaft- und HCM-Software kommen aus einer Hand. So bildet das modulare Komplettsystem alle Prozesse ab, die in einer HR-Abteilung anfallen können. Der Vorteil: Kunden können die benötigten Module flexibel auswählen und sich sowohl für die vollintegrierte Gesamtlösung als auch für Einzelmodule entscheiden. Der Leistungsumfang ist jederzeit bedarfsgerecht erweiterbar. New HR-Suite Infoniqa ONE

With a new Windows-based payroll software, our portfolio company Infoniqa, completes its comprehensive HR software solutions portfolio. From now on, the HR suite Infoniqa ONE is available. For HR departments this means: payroll, time management and HCM software come from a single source. Thus, the modular complete system covers all processes that can occur in an HR department. The advantage: Customers can flexibly choose the required modules and decide on both the fully integrated overall solution and individual modules. The scope of services can be extended as needed at any time. Infoniqa ONE can be integrated into existing system structures and enables smooth interaction with existing HR solutions.

Infoniqa HR wächst weiter und steigert Umsatz

Mit einer überaus positiven Bilanz schließt die Infoniqa HR Gruppe das Jahr 2017 ab. Der Komplettanbieter für HCM, Zeitwirtschaft, Personalabrechnung und Outsourcing konnte seinen Umsatz von 17,8 auf knapp 20 Millionen Euro steigern. Mit diesem Ergebnis liegt das Unternehmen deutlich über dem durchschnittlichen Marktwachstum. Besonders erfolgreich haben sich die Geschäftsbereiche HCM-Software und Zeitwirtschaft entwickelt. „Wir konnten das Lizenzgeschäft mit unseren HCM-Lösungen um mehr als 77 Prozent steigern. Auch der Bereich Outsourcing entwickelte sich überdurchschnittlich gut, hier konnten wir rund 19 Prozent zulegen“, erläutert Siegfried Milly, Vorstand der Infoniqa HR Gruppe.

Der Erfolgsweg von Infoniqa setzt sich auch 2017 fort. Wie bereits in den vergangenen Jahren konnte der HR-Spezialist sein Bilanzergebnis wieder deutlich erhöhen. 2016 war Infoniqa sogar der am stärksten wachsende Top 25 HR-Softwareanbieter in Deutschland. Damit gelingt es dem Unternehmen – als einem der wenigen Komplettanbieter am Markt – mit HR-Lösungen kontinuierlich zu wachsen. Siegfried Milly, Vorstand der Infoniqa HR Gruppe, meint dazu: „Wir haben uns auch im Jahr 2017 wieder deutlich schneller als der Markt entwickelt und konnten unsere Marktstärke in den Bereichen Personalmanagement, Personalabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft und Outsourcing weiter ausbauen. Und für 2018 stehen die Zeichen ebenfalls auf Wachstum. Diese Entwicklung zeigt, wie richtig es ist, den Menschen in den Mittelpunkt unserer Arbeit zu stellen.“

Kunden und User Experience im Fokus

Für 2018 stellt Infoniqa weiterhin seine Kunden in den Mittelpunkt – ganz nach dem Motto „Focus on you“. „Eine aktuelle Umfrage hat eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit von durchschnittlich bis zu 96 Prozent ergeben. Dabei nutzen immer mehr Kunden zusätzliche Lösungen und Services unseres Komplettangebots, etwa in den Bereichen Zeitwirtschaft und Payroll-Outsourcing. Hier bieten wir ja seit einigen Jahren praktische und kosteneffiziente Dienstleistungen wie die Auslagerung der Personalabrechnung oder das Hosting von Software im Rechenzentrum“, erklärt Milly. Bei der laufenden Weiterentwicklung seiner Lösungen setzt Infoniqa auf bestmögliche User Experience. „Wir haben einige spannende UX-Projekte am Laufen und optimieren unsere Leistungen im engen Austausch mit den Kunden“, so Milly. Forciert werden zudem die mobilen Anwendungen der HCM- und Zeit-Lösungen, um diese auch unterwegs nutzen zu können.

Infoniqa continues to grow

The Infoniqa HR Group concludes 2017 with a very positive balance sheet. The full-service provider for HCM, time management, payroll and outsourcing were able to increase its turnover from € 17.8 to almost € 20 millions. With this result, the company is well above average market growth. The business units HCM Software and Time Management have developed particularly successfully. „We were able to increase the licensing business with our HCM solutions by more than 77 percent. Outsourcing also performed better than average, with growth of around 19 percent, „explains Siegfried Milly, CEO of the Infoniqa HR Group.

Infoniqa success continues in 2017. As in previous years, the HR specialist was able to significantly increase its balance sheet result again. In 2016, Infoniqa was even one of the fastest growing HR software providers in Germany. This makes it possible for the company – as one of the few complete providers on the market – to continuously grow with HR solutions. Siegfried Milly, CEO of the Infoniqa HR Group, comments: „In 2017 we again developed significantly faster than the market and were able to further expand our market strength in the areas of personnel management, payroll, time management and outsourcing. And for 2018, the signs are also on growth. This development shows how right it is to put people at the center of our work. “

Focus on customers and user experience

For 2018, Infoniqa will continue to focus on its customers – true to the motto „Focus on you“. „A recent survey has shown high customer satisfaction averaging up to 96 percent. More and more customers are using additional solutions and services from our complete offer, for example in the areas of time management and payroll outsourcing. For some years now, we have been offering practical and cost-efficient services such as outsourcing payroll or hosting software in the data center, „explains Milly. In the ongoing development of its solutions, Infoniqa relies on the best possible user experience. „We have some exciting UX projects going on, and we are optimizing our services in close collaboration with our customers,“ says Milly. Furthermore, the mobile applications of the HCM and time solutions are being promoted so that they can be used on the go as well.

ELTEC adds comprehensive gateway solution to its wireless router family

CyBox GW-P comes with five slots for Wi-Fi and LTE modules plus a hard disk for media content storage

Mainz, February 5, 2018 – ELTEC Elektronik is expanding its successful compact and robust wireless routers family through the addition of the CyBox GW-P. It combines the functions of a Wi-Fi access point and a communication server in one compact and maintenance-free system solution. The CyBox GW-P was developed specifically for deployment in trains and buses. Thanks to the bundling of up to four LTE channels and data speeds of 600 Mbit/s (downloads) and 200 Mbit/s (uploads), the CyBox GW-P supports broadband vehicle-land data sharing communications. A Wave 2 module provides data speeds of up to 1.7 Gbit/s and 4×4 MIMO as well as two Gigabit Ethernet interfaces for local communication.

Four SIM cards per LTE module and intelligent control software make it possible to dynamically use all available links between vehicle and land to realize economic as well as physical criteria, such as the use of different providers to reduce roaming costs or to optimize the available bandwidths. An integrated SSD interface supports the storage of local data and passenger infotainment applications, e.g. the archiving and streaming of videos.

CyBox GW-P is compatible with the railway standard EN 50155. Mobile Wi-Fi-capable devices can communicate with the Internet while riding a passenger train, coach, or trams and the underground and access local data, such as schedule information, videos, etc. Throughout this process, the personal data of the individual users is protected against unauthorized access by a configurable firewall.

Thanks to the integrated wide-range power supply with input voltages from 24 to 110 V DC and its compact, maintenance-free design (its dimensions are just 250 mm x 80 mm x 265 mm, it weighs 1900 g and is IP40 protected), the CyBox GW-P is compatible with railway applications ranging from tram to ICE, as well as automotive applications, such as buses, but also construction and agricultural vehicles with 24 V DC onboard power systems.

The CyBox GW-P can be easily configured and managed through the integrated firmware with web surface. One of the special functional features of the firmware is the Inter Carriage Connection Protocol (ICCP), which was developed by ELTEC. The ICCP makes it possible to automatically implement a wireless LAN backbone, e.g. in a tram, which is important for applications that do not allow for the installation of Ethernet connections between the train cars.

ELTEC erweitert Wireless-Router-Familie mit umfassender Gateway-Lösung

CyBox GW-P mit fünf Slots für WLAN- und LTE-Module plus Festplatte zum Speichern von Medieninhalten

Mit der CyBox GW-P erweitert ELTEC Elektronik seine erfolgreiche Familie an kompakten und robusten Wireless Routern. Sie vereint die Funktionen eines WLAN-Access-Points und eines Kommunikationsservers in einer kompakten und wartungsfreien Systemlösung. Die CyBox GW-P wurde speziell für den Einsatz in Zügen und Bussen entwickelt. Durch Bündelung von bis zu vier LTE-Kanälen und Datenraten von 600 Mbit/s (Download) und 200 Mbit/s (Upload) unterstützt die CyBox GW-P einen breitbandigen Datenaustausch bei der Fahrzeug-Land-Kommunikation. Für die lokale Kommunikation stehen ein Wave 2-Modul mit Datenraten von bis zu 1,7 Gbit/s und 4×4 MIMO sowie zwei Gigabit-Ethernet-Interfaces zur Verfügung.

Vier SIM-Karten pro LTE-Modul und eine intelligente Steuerungssoftware ermöglichen dabei eine dynamische Nutzung aller verfügbaren Links zwischen Fahrzeug und Land nach ökonomischen wie auch physikalischen Kriterien wie z.B. Nutzung unterschiedlicher Provider zur Reduzierung von Roamingkosten oder Optimierung der verfügbaren Bandbreite. Ein integriertes SSD-Interface unterstützt die Speicherung lokaler Daten und Fahrgast-Infotainment-Applikationen wie z.B. die Speicherung und das Streamen von Videos.

Die CyBox GW-P ist kompatibel zur Bahnnorm EN 50155. Über das Gateway können mobile WLAN-fähige Geräte in einem Personenzug, Bus oder der S- und U-Bahn mit dem Internet kommunizieren und auf lokale Daten wie Fahrplaninformationen, Videos etc. zugreifen. Dabei sind die persönlichen Daten der einzelnen Teilnehmer durch eine konfigurierbare Firewall vor unbefugtem Zugriff geschützt.

Durch das integrierte Weitbereichs-Netzteil mit Eingangsspannungen von 24 – 110 VDC und ihr kompaktes und wartungsfreies Design (sie misst nur 250 mm x 80 mm x 265 mm, wiegt 1900 g und ist IP40-geschützt) eignet sich die CyBox GW-P für Anwendungen in Schienenfahrzeugen, von Tram bis ICE, sowie in Automobil-Applikationen wie Bussen aber auch bau- und landwirtschaftlichen Fahrzeugen mit 24V DC Bordspannung.

Über die integrierte Firmware mit Web-Oberfläche kann die CyBox GW-P einfach konfiguriert und gemanagt werden. EppsteinFoils unter den Hessen-Champions 2017

Zehn Finalisten für Hessen-Champions 2017 – Die Sieger werden am 7. November auf dem Hessischen Unternehmertag gekürt
Zehn hessische Unternehmen haben in diesem Jahr das Finale des Wettbewerbs „Hessen-Champions 2017“ erreicht, eins davon gleich in zwei Kategorien. Dies teilten das Hessische Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Energie, Verkehr und Landesentwicklung (HMWEVL), die Vereinigung der hessischen Unternehmerverbände (VhU) und die Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Hessen (MBG H) am Freitag in Wiesbaden mit. Die Jury hatte die Finalisten aus insgesamt 65 Kandidaten ausgewählt. „Alle 65 Teilnehmer haben eine Erfolgsgeschichte zu erzählen. Sie sind allein deshalb schon ein Gewinner, weil sie sich in einem harten Wettbewerbsumfeld hervorragender Unternehmer durchgesetzt haben“, erklärten der hessische Wirtschaftsminister Tarek Al-Wazir, VhU-Präsident Wolf Matthias Mang und Jürgen Zabel, Geschäftsführer der MBG H. „Wir freuen uns über die Vielzahl innovativer und engagierter Unternehmer, die dafür sorgen, dass Hessen auch im internationalen Wettbewerb ganz oben mitspielt.“ Der Innovations- und Wachstumspreis des Landes Hessen umfasst die Kategorien Weltmarktführer, Jobmotor und Innnovation.

Die Gewinner in den drei Kategorien wurden von einer prominent besetzten Jury mit Vertretern aus Wirtschaft, Politik und Medien ermittelt. Ministerpräsident Volker Bouffier, Wirtschaftsminister Tarek Al-Wazir und VhU-Präsident Wolf Matthias Mang ehren die Gewinner vor mehr als 1000 Gästen im Rahmen des Hessischen Unternehmertag am 7. November im Wiesbadener Kurhaus. Mit den „Hessen Champions“ würdigen das Wirtschaftsministerium, die VhU und die MBG H besondere unternehmerische Erfolge, die Auszeichnung wird bereits zum 17. Mal vergeben. Für die Organisation des Wettbewerbs ist die Hessen Trade & Invest GmbH (HTAI) verantwortlich.

Die Finalisten in der Kategorie Weltmarktführer

EppsteinFoils GmbH & Co KG,Eppstein
Seit 165 Jahren steht das Eppsteiner Unternehmen für technische Folien, hergestellt aus den Metallen Blei und Zinn sowie deren Legierungen. Neben der geringen Dicke zeichnen sich die Folien durch vielfältige Produkteigenschaften wie Sauerstoffundurchlässigkeit, elektrische Leitfähigkeit, Korrosionsbeständigkeit und einen niedrigen Schmelzbereich aus. Anwendung finden die Präzisionsfolien aktuell in der Werkstoffprüfung, Medizintechnik, Elektronik, Verpackungsindustrie und Photovoltaik. Mit dem bestehenden Produktspektrum in den genannten Anwendungsbereichen ist EppsteinFOILS heute weltweit marktführend tätig. Am Standort Eppstein sind rund 100 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Ca. 80 Prozent der Folien werden ins Ausland exportiert.

Die Nord-Micro ist ein eigenständiges Luftfahrtunternehmen der UTC Aerospace Systems Gruppe mit Sitz in Frankfurt/Bergen-Enkheim. 481 Mitarbeiter entwickeln, produzieren und warten am Standort sogenannte Kabinenbedruckungssysteme. Mit Hilfe dieser Regelsysteme können Passagiere in der Flugzeugkabine sicher und komfortabel atmen. Die Nord-Micro ist 1988 in diesen Markt eingetreten und jetzt der weltweit führende Anbieter. Mehr als 80 Prozent aller Großraumflugzeuge werden heute mit Systemen und Komponenten aus Hessen ausgerüstet.

PRÄWEMA Antriebstechnik GmbH,Eschwege
Die PRÄWEMA Antriebstechnik GmbH mit Sitz im nordhessischen Eschwege ist ein Hersteller von Präzisionswerkzeugmaschinen mit aktuell 280 Mitarbeitern und einem Umsatz von 85 Mio. Euro im Jahr 2017. Kernkompetenz von PRÄWEMA ist die Verzahnung, d.h. das Unternehmen bietet ein breites Spektrum an Sondermaschinen an, auf denen Zahnräder, Wellen oder Synchronteile des Antriebsstrangs bearbeitet werden. Die Hauptkunden von PRÄWEMA sind die weltweite Fahrzeugindustrie (OEMs und Zulieferer).

Ten finalists for Hessen Champions 2017 – The winners will be announced on November 7 at the Hessischer Unternehmertag

Ten Hessian companies have reached the final of the competition „Hessen-Champions 2017“, one of them in two categories. This was announced by the Hessian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Energy, Transport and Regional Development (HMWEVL), the Association of Hessian Entrepreneur Associations (VhU) and the Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Hessen (MBG H) on Friday in Wiesbaden. The jury had selected the finalists from a total of 65 candidates. „All 65 participants have a story to tell. They are already a winner just because they have prevailed in a tough competitive environment of excellent entrepreneurs, „said the Hessian Minister of Economics Tarek Al-Wazir, VhU President Wolf Matthias Mang and Jürgen Zabel, Managing Director of MBG H.“ We are pleased about the multitude of innovative and dedicated entrepreneurs who ensure that Hessen is also at the very top of the international competition. „The Hessen State Innovation and Growth Prize encompasses the categories world market leader, job engine and innovation.

The winners in the three categories were selected by a prominent jury of representatives from business, politics and the media. Prime Minister Volker Bouffier, Economics Minister Tarek Al-Wazir and VhU President Wolf Matthias Mang honor the winners in front of more than 1000 guests during the Hessian Entrepreneurs Day on November 7 at the Kurhaus in Wiesbaden. For 165 years, the Eppstein-based company has been synonymous with technical films made from the metals lead and tin and their alloys. In addition to the small thickness, the films are characterized by a variety of product properties such as oxygen impermeability, electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and a low melting range. The precision films are currently used in materials testing, medical technology, electronics, the packaging industry and photovoltaics. With the existing product range in the mentioned fields of application, EppsteinFOILS is today market leader worldwide. The Eppstein location employs around 100 people. Approximately 80 percent of the films are exported abroad.

The Nord-Micro is an independent air carrier of the UTC Aerospace Systems Group based in Frankfurt / Bergen-Enkheim. 481 employees develop, produce and maintain so-called cabin printing systems on site. With the aid of these control systems, passengers in the aircraft cabin can breathe safely and comfortably. Nord-Micro entered the market in 1988 and is now the world leader. More than 80 percent of all wide-bodied aircraft today are equipped with systems and components from Hesse.

The core competence of PRÄWEMA is the gearing, i. The company offers a wide range of special machines to machine gears, shafts or synchronous powertrain components.
